Have you noticed that some people look at you like you’re making shit up when you share the fact that you’re dealing with tinnitus?

I have noticed some people look at me like I’m crazy or just kind of nod. It’s hard to tell if they really are receptive. So that makes me a bit I secure. Has anybody experienced something like that?
