Does your T ever completely stop?

Like do you ever get bouts of silence even for 5 to 10 minutes where it completely shuts off? It’s been 7 months now of just straight ringing for me now without even 5 minute of silence.
I dunno how much longer I can do this. I am having such a hard time just getting used to it.

I get moments where I have to listen really hard or cover my ears to hear it....but total of probably 10-20 minutes like that a week.
