Ear looks to be damaged and I can’t tell if this is a hole. Ringing seems to be getting better but the health of the ear looks almost the same

I cannot tell if my ear health is improving… for reference I got my ears checked on Thursday, went back today and it looks almost the same. I’m very nervous because I don’t know what I can do to help heal this and I don’t want to make it worse. I have been anxiety and have had very bad depression the last week. Sorry but it won’t allow me to post pictures here, if I can send it to anyone or if anyone would like to take a look please respond
