To start, I'm aware I might simply have tinnitus due to hearing damage. If it is that I have accepted it.
However, I believe that my tinnitus is in part to several things including ear wax, congestion and my jaw.
Whenever I get microsuction, my tinnitus improves a lot, as a side note, is microsuction the best wax removal method ?
I have tried decongestants, I feel like my tinnitus is nearly gone after using them most of the time. I'm just wondering if there any way I can get something more permanent where I don't have to take a break every few days?
If I open my jaw my tinnitus gets higher pitched/louder. Valsalva movement makes my ears blocked. I feel like I have some sort of congestion in that area causing my hearing issues.
Can anyone provide their advice on what's the best way forward ? I have an ENT booked for October, but until then are there any methods that you've tried to help with your congestion ?
Thanks
