Exploring the Relationship Between Sleep and Your Tinnitus
Post Body
My tinnitus is getting worse, but arguably so have my sleeping and resting habits over the last couple of years. My doctor said that getting more rest each night, and making sure that it is a sound sleep, can significantly improve my tinnitus if the lack of sleep was a primary cause. Iโm going to be updating this thread over the next few weeks to most my love results as I improve my sleep schedule, to let yโall know whether improving your nightly routine is worth it or not. Stay tuned!
