I have T and its getting worse. It got double loud about 4 months ago for no specific reason. Looking to have it checked out. Couple of things... 1. If I clench my jaw really tightly for a few seconds, the T reduces greatly but then returns to normal after a few seconds. Is there no research around this relationship perhaps? 2. Is there a scale or way to personally measure how loud the T is? Thanks
