Hello! I'm looking for a time stop story I read once where a boy found he had the power to stop time equal to the amount of time he spent not time-stopped. He first mentions using it to spy on his neighbor, but the main story is him using a week's worth of stopped time to completely mind break his (female) bully at school while she's in the middle of a public speech. He also finds out people can hear what he says during the time stop at the end.
I don't have that. I have a different time stop story, tho. It's censored, like all Japanese stuff, but it's a decent story
