Today the weather was really nice, and Iām currently stuck at home due to all the COVID19 stuff. We are allowed to go outside and exercise, though, as long as we stay 6 feet away from each other. No problem, I donāt like people anyway.
I havenāt ridden my bike since we moved into our new house. In all honestly, i havenāt had much cardio since July when my fibromyalgia got unbearable. Itās been better, though! So I figured what the hell. Got it out, started riding. I felt so prepared with my sunglasses, my bottles of water, and my work out clothes!
I noticed that I was having a harder time than I used to when I rode my bike like 3 years ago at the old house. I figured this neighborhood is just hillier than my old one. I kept riding further and further from home. I noticed my legs were really hurting, but I kept pushing! I wasnāt going to wuss out after 10 minutes!
Finally I start listening to my body and head home. I get about halfway home and stop for some water. Iām feeling dizzy and nauseous. This isnāt normal for cardio, at least it didnāt used to be. All the sudden, I just start yakking HARD. Itās bright pink because of my cherry limeade from earlier. I just keep going and going.
I try to clean the grass a little with my water from my water bottle, but itās a big ass puddle of bright pink puke. I think to myself āItāll be fine, itās like the edge of their lawn.ā Then I notice drawings obviously done by kids in sidewalk chalk.
So, to whoeverās yard I puked in, Iām really sorry! I promise itās COVID19 free!
TLDR; Rode my bike too hard, puked all over someoneās lawn.
