When I paint my masterpiece

Tying through the neckhole of the shirt to surround a central geode worked well on my first try so I did it again. I love the way this one came out. The left right color split wasn't quite intentional, but what a great happy accident. I'm not good at regular geometric ties, mandalas, but I love geodes. For geodes, once you have the basic technique, just practice. Anyone have a good tutorial to recommend for mandalas?
