Two recent shirts. I've been exploring color blending and positioning. I could fuss around with shades of red, orange and yellow all day.
I was talking to my brother about tie dye the other day, and he said that it's probably less appealing to him because he is very red/green color blind. Seems like a reasonable thought to me. I have very high color perception, especially compared to men. So I am curious about how the participants in this group perceive color. I am also a photographer, and color accuracy is a big deal for me there. With photos it has to be just right, with tie dye its more playful.
Here's a link to a quick easy test of color acuity. https://www.xrite.com/hue-test Lower scores are better, I scored zero. There is a longer more detailed test I've done in the past, but not everyone will have the patience for that one.
