How do you deal with tickling withdrawals?

Post Body

Long time lurker, seldom poster, but this is something I've been trying to figure out methods for. It's been a couple months since I last had a session (Australian Ler so pretty barren here for the most part), and the withdrawals have just been hitting a bit more than usual lately. Work for me seems to be the best way to distract myself from it, just keeping my head to the grindstone and all. Video games help for me as well. Driving, listening to my records/music, there's a lot I try, and more often than not it's successful, but lately, even while working, sometimes the withdrawals hit harder than usual, y'know?

So, what are your favourite ways to help distract you from the withdrawals? Or what ways/methods work best for you personally?

Thanks in advance for reading and commenting, any help is appreciated 💙
