Should I change my Synthroid

Had a total Thyroidectomy 6 years ago, been up and down with my levels since then. I am currently on 188mcg that has my TSH at .043. I am having several hyperthyroidism symptoms and was wondering if I should go back to 175mcg which has seemed to always be the best dose for me symptoms wise. Last time I was taking it and I was taking supplements that interferes with the absorption, so they changed me to 188mcg. Any opinions or advice would be greatly helpful. I am also to T3 and my t3 level last blood panel was 4.2 which is the highest it’s ever been.
