After 3 years of complaining, and 1 pandemic later, I see my bariatric surgeon to restart the process. He actually listens to me (all over again). They get me in for labs and an ultrasound. They immediately refer me to oncology and an endo. They say they canโt get me in until late September for a consult. Thank god I have a PPO. I scheduled for UCLA in two weeks as a new patient.
Is there anything I should know about the team there? Any pros/cons? Is City of Hope better? Cedars?
Iโm almost 45 and need all the advice anyone is willing to offer.
