I’m a bit of a hypochondriac maybe but my it’s about 30 hours post op for me and the swelling is only getting worse.... and it also seems just a bit harder to breathe. Do I go to the doctor/hospital or is a lot of swelling and bruising normal?? My head also seems a lot harder to hold up than usual

EDIT: I should have mentioned that I only needed half of my thyroid removed so it wasn't a total! Thank you everyone so much for your advice though... I was able to read the comments at the time but I just didn't have the energy to respond and I really apologize for taking so long to say thank you. I appreciate it and hope everyone is doing/has done well with their recoveries :)
