What is your dose of levo?

My family doctor made mention that my dose of 250mg of levo was pretty high, its made me curious what other people dosage are

125, and it's the same every day. Was at 137 before I lost some weight (30s female who is about 5'8 and weight is in the lower 140s now).

That's wild to me. My TSH eventually went down to .19 when I was on 137 (thanks, weight loss) and my endo dropped my dose to 125 to help raise the TSH a bit back up.
But I also definitely felt the hyperthyroid effects when my TSH was that low and it was not fun. 125 has been better!
