Not sure if this is the right place for this but I'm not sure where else to go to ask.
How do you make it work?
I (29 M) am recently single, and just trying to discover who I am and what I want in the romance and love department, for the past few years I have been more and more drawn to wanting multiple dedicated partners specifically like a MFF throuple. The last two relationships I were in were strictly monogamous and one ended cause my partner felt she wasn't good enough, and another ended cause sexually we just weren't as compatible as we had thought and didn't really share any common interests besides liking the occasional Disney or Pixar movies, both of us enjoyed quality time but with nothing else the romance eventually fizzled and we both got bored with being alone and separated. Now I'm just questioning are throuples much more different than a duo relationship? Am I over thinking this? Cause ideally I want whoever I end up with whether it's in another monogamous relationship or in a dedicated throuple, I want my partner or partners to be my best friend (s) and same with each other. Maybe I'm just not getting it? Or I'm just rambling? Am I too worried about the modern dating scene for wanting a dedicated throuple? Am I even asking the right question?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
