Hot take. Read assassin‘s blade before TOG. But do the tandem read.
Post Body

I know I’m gonna get a lot of hate for this. But as somebody who LOVED Feyre! Celaena was very hard to like. So hard I didn’t enjoy her until the end of Crown of Midnight. And I wanted to give up several times. But I kept telling myself how I didn’t like acotar until UTM.

I just finished AB and regret not starting with it. If you’re an emotionally reader and need to like the characters I highly recommend staring on AB. Also. If you’re impatient like me you won’t want to stop in between the other books to go back. But you HAVE to read AB before starting the Tandem or at the least before QOS.

I’m on to the Tandem read and I am loving it. TOD is fantastic and has so much more world building, new characters and bringing in others you’ve forgotten about.
