Tnl Resistance Contract pouch bug?

I had 110/150 on my inventory then what I usually do is open the contract pouches in bulk. I opened 16 at that time then it said "cannot be used" then I tried 1 and it worked. after that all the pouches were gone.. like it all disappeared.
Anyone experienced this issue?
