"Sticky" trackpoint on T495

As I'm typing this, I face this issue, that whenever I use the 3 trackpoint keys or the trackpoint itself, it sometimes gets sort of stuck and makes the mouse drift to the key it stuck with (usually G or H). It goes away if I touch the trackpoint and unstick it (I hear a slight pop sound as if something got unstuck). Any ways to get rid of it? May be a problem with the trackpoint itself, which I could possibly change after the lockdown, although I don't know how to go about that.
