Just received a custom order X1 Carbon Gen 12, but one thing is bothering me. During audio calls or videos with speaking, I get a rumble or purring sound before and during. It's more noticeable at lower volume levels or with the notification dings from Windows.

I've tried disabling all the sound effects and enhancements from the Dolby app, but no luck. I also tried a USB boot of Ubuntu and didn't notice the problem.

This leads me to think it's some sort of driver issue from Lenovo or Windows. I confirmed I have all the updates from Vantage and Windows. I've also tried removing and installing drivers right from Lenovo's site, but it's the same.

Just wanted to see if any other owners have had this issue or fixed it? I have a case open with support, but they just want it to be sent to the depot for review. I have a feeling it will come back because there is no hardware issue.
