Cant install keyboard hotkey on T14s 1st gen

Hey all!
Today i bought a used P14s 1st gen. The person i bought it from did a factory reset through windows 11. But now i want to install the keyboard hotkey software, so i can use the F12 key and swap FN and Control around. But for some reason i cant get the software installed. When i download it straight from the lenovo website it does unpack, but after that it says "Operation completed succesfully". When i press F12 or FN F12, nothing happens. Anyone know what the issue might be?
