How many of you actually daily drive Linux?

Post Body
Hello, so I have a thinkpad x1 carbon 4th gen and really like it
I've thought about trying to look into Linux and see how it works but just haven't gotten round to it because it seems pretty daunting. I've heard that some Linux os' are harder to get into
So I guess my question is: are any of you using Linux day in day out? Or is it just a sort of hobby coding plaything?
Also what Linux os' would you recommend for a beginner that could be used daily with no experience :)
Many thanks 😊
