Just bought a Thinkpad T14 Gen 3 AMD, wanted to add LTE into it

Hi guys This is my first thinkpad ever, due to Lenovo didn't release the LTE variant in my country, I'm looking to add LTE into my thinkpad, it's currently missing the antenna located on the palm rest, the M2 LTE card and the sim tray (which got replaced with a removable blank dummy), but the physical sim slot itself is available.
Where I can find the part list for my laptop? I'm looking for some sort of SKU which I think I could find on ebay or such...
