So I feel like the easy answer is flying since you would be able to FLY, but I would love to know if, by the specific characteristics of the situation it would make more sense to choose the second option since you would also be able to run at that speed (or higher) and have the added bonus to be able to fly around at 1mph. I tried to do this myself with simple a simple F=ma formula but felt that the suppositions I made weren't optimal for this comparison. Thanks!
