I have an odd question. I have a friend who has a real problem with seeing hanged people. A friend of hers killed herself that way when she was a teen. Needless to say, it's something that triggers her PTSD. Now, I know she would love this game, but I'm wondering if there's a way to remove all the hanged people the game uses as set dressing, so she would be able to play it?

Edit: I'm aware of the bloody baron quest, and it can be avoided. She would have no problem with the tone of this game, people burning at the stake? Cool. Stabbed people? Cool. Torture? Cool. It's not the overall tone of the game, or the violence, it's just the specific visual of a hanged person that creates an issue. I would like to thank everyone for their responses though, I was just hoping there was a mod or something to remove the hanging bodies from the side of the roads and such.
