Nearing the end of the game now I believe ('final preparations) and goddamn I've loved playing it. Bought it years ago but only fully gave it a chance since the next gen update and its been fantastic.

My question is regarding some of the more annoying trophies (crossbow headshots, etc) I know the original guide was Devils Pit but since the new quest is there it doesn't work anymore. Is there an alternate location good to grind these trophies out?,

Also possibly a dumb question, but I've played the whole game on death march. I'd like to get these trophies before finishing the main story but am I right in thinking complete the story, then lower difficulty for these combat trophies would be the optimal choice?
