Question [Ps4] main quest: family matters glitched

Oki so every time I speak to the baron after finding out about Anna in crookback bog, whenever I press the dialogue to ask about ciri the screen turns white then cuts the game off saying an error has occurred. Before starting the dialogue I have tried doing side quests, Witcher contracts and treasure hunts and they all work perfectly, I’ve tried meditating before speaking to the baron aswell as skipping dialogue, not skipping, choosing other dialogue options and there is no problem until the screen turns white and tries to start ciris story, does anybody know how to fix this without re starting the game
