I am fairly certain that this is an episode in the series but it didn't occur when I thought it was going to. It has to do with a political official or some form of terrorist from a country that is mentioned throughout the show frequently. The President and Leo have to decide whether or not they are going to kill him by letting his plane land and then using agents to fire at him. In the end of the episode they decide to and the episodes ends with the What episode and season is it from? I think I am going crazy because I am on my first rewatch of the show and could've sworn it happened in the first two seasons. Can anyone get me any help?
