I always thought this was a codeword for when there were other people around, so I always find it surprising when Charlie says it in front of just Mrs Landingham and Margaret after he realises that the President would have signed the school medical forms. Surely he would have just said itβs important. Or does this codeword stand for something else? Like a red alert situation?
he said Zoe wanted him to look out for certain 'signs' in PB
Ah yes, you are right, I forgot that. And indeed then it was 18 people. I think Charlie was looking at similar forms ( for him, his sister maybe?) and that sparked the connection for him?

Oooh, great observation! But, did he know of the MS, or did he just know that the President signed Zoe's university forms?
