There was an incident in Season 1 or 2 where the contestants were lined up, ready to hear who was moving on to the next round of the live shows. Carson said someone's name, meaning to ask her a question, but the contestant (naturally) interpreted it as her being saved and gets really emotional. Carson had to sheepishly explain that he was just trying to ask her a question. It was very awkward, and it's why from then on Carson says "I'll be asking some of you questions right now so don't freak out if you hear your name."

My question is, who was the contestant, and which episode of which season did it happen -- or better yet, can you find a video clip of it? Thanks!
