Bathroom extractor fan ducted to outside but outside plastic vent broken - anyone recommend who can replace.
Post Body

So when I got my bathroom extra or tan replaced the electrician ducted it to the fan/exhaust outside which is a plastic vent with four blinds that open up after like 5 mins, one of these vents broke in winter and now I’ve realised a blackbird has made its nest. I don’t have a ladder so can’t really access it but now another blind has broken and another fell out - not sure who to call to fix.
