Advice on new flatmates, where to look

Hey everyone, recently moved to Hamilton in January and had one of our flatmates move out. Looking for someone to move in as soon as possible but not really sure where to look. I am 25 m and so is the other flatmate. Would prefer another guy, but don't really want anyone who is gonna leave dishes around for days. What advice you all got? Just in whitiora, new build type place
