Motel recommendations please

Hi all. After motel recommendations in Hamilton please, just doing an overnighter in a few weeks and don’t know areas etc. Will have a car requiring parking (this, motel rather than hotel). Really just somewhere to sleep, maybe handy to somewhere to eat. Thanks!

Ibis is pretty good, just had a makeover and lots of good restaurants near by as well as sky city within walking distance. Limited parking though
