The doctor from "doctor who" gets assimilated, what happens ?

Now I personally thing there are a few outcomes. The most boring one the doctor just takes over the universe across all time and space. Maybe fights himself.

But because of his intelligence and self awareness I personally think that it wouldn't effect him other than becomeong a creature himself. And frankly character wise he will attempt to pacify the other hosts being able to detect them after assimilation.

Also it is implied that the creatures posses hive mind of sorts. Maybe the doctor's councinsesss would be spread across all the hosts thus making the doctor a hive mind creature.
