I’m curious how many different assets folks have options contracts on. I imagine there’s correlation to total account size, but in general, do you focus on a few assets to know them well or grab any opportunity that presents itself?
I only started trading options January 1st of this year, and I went full sprint mode. At a point, I had options (mostly put credit spreads) on 30 or so different companies and it felt like a bit much. Most have actually turned out to be wins, but the start of the year was so hot and I did see glimpses of how things can turn bad quickly. Continually trying to assess and tweak my strategies. Thanks for any feedback!
