-inconsolable Meadow breaks up with Patrick, whose father she suspects had a hand in killing hers she moves away from law, starts meditating and getting credits to make med school. Relationship with Carmela turns eerily more Tony Livia.

-Carm can’t afford therapy and it’s awkward when she sees Melfi in a parking lot with a new convertible. She sells most jewels. Angie Bonpenseiro offers her $$$ and this offends her. She’s fighting for scraps but the new bosses’ best offer is to relieve her of the house for straight up cash. She contemplates moving in with her parents while working her ass off as a realtor. She attracts the attention of several divorcées but it doesn’t go very far.

-Janice in perpetual mourning is in her element, she successfully makes Bobby’s kids hate her more, while focusing on getting Uncle Jun out of the crazy house. She latches onto yet the latest bad ass to hit the family, and doesn’t seem to mind that this new person is moving into her deceased brother’s business unabashedly.

-Junior comes around when he sees one too many patients wet themselves. There’s new meds which stabilizes him, after making him delirious. He plots with Janice in a half assed way to get whoever did what got done to his nephew, who he now regrets all the fights and bad blood over the years.
