Hair CC: Adjust Shine or EA Highlights?

When I download Hair CC, I'm never sure whether I want the Adjust Shine or EA Highlights. I know I can just look at the 'comparison' images provided by the creators but they never give me a sense of what each of them looks like in game. In my last downloading spree - which was a while ago - I only got the EA Highlights so that all my sims hair will be 'uniform' (make sense?) but I still find myself thinking about those shinier textured hairs...
Which do you prefer? Why?
