Intermittent Sims 4 "Unable to Start" Error

I recently just started getting this error message, haven't done much except update/remove a few mods. It pops up I click okay, but then go to launch the game again it works just fine. I have MCC. Nothing is flagged or any errors caught.
Any idea?
