Wondering what everyone’s must have mods are - aside from the spicy ones or sim tragedies etc. Just looking to expand my gameplay a bit. I have the Real Estate Mod by Sim Realist, and I find buying a house to be SO satisfying using that. Plus I get to visit plots I’ve never even thought to go to.
