Im so pissed off. I have a macbook and a pc for playing the sims 4 and this is about my macbook. I travel for work and bring it with me to play after work, back in November my game kept crashing so I uninstalled the game on Origin. Immediately after I tried to download it but Origin kept on saying its on offline mode and it wont fucking. go. online. no. matter. what. I've uninstalled the app, cleared caches, done everything and it still says offline mode even though its clearly connected to the internet. Ive tried this everyday for the oast months. Since its offline mode I haven't been able to download the game at all, and haven't been able to play. I've been playing the SAME saved game for two years now, and my 17 generation save file is just gone. I'm so annoyed. Whenever I'm home I just play in my pc no problem but i'm back to travelling now and I just wanna play so bad but EA is so shitty. I hate how much i love this game
