Will installing one more expansion take up much more RAM?

I'm now playing the base game only. I want to purchase one expansion before holiday sales are over (I'm between City Living, Realm of Magic or the vampire one). The thing is, the base game only is already taking almost 90% of my RAM memory (8 GB) with low-mid graphics. I tried using middle quality graphics and it started to stuck at the loading pages already.

Will one more expansion be too much por my computer?

Extra question: which of these 3 expansions would you recommend the best?

Edit: if it makes any difference, I'm playing on Steam for Linux with the proton compatibility thing
