Have they fixed the calendar from the High School Days Expansion pack yet?

The main thing holding me back from the pack is that my calendar will be all messed up and filled with prom and high school stuff every game week. I heard that they were unable to be deleted or removed. Do you think this will be addressed in future updates?
I don't typically use mods so I don't want to get a pack that would require me to download one to fix the issue.
