Ok so I’m new to online sims communities (despite being a simmer since the sims 2 lol). I really like story-based legacy type challenges, and I basically thought up and typed out the first draft of a legacy challenge which includes a curse being enacted on the founding sim and subsequent generations dealing with that curse. I also included elements of the decades challenge since I like my storylines to have a time and place (obvs. If I posted it somewhere I would give a link and credit to the original decades challenge post)

So I have a few questions abt potentially posting this challenge somewhere, bear with me lol.

1) (very basic, but,) I’ve never actually made or posted a challenge so like.....where is best for me to post a new one? This reddit? Another forum site? Especially if it includes a lot of potential sim death (it’s dark but that’s the kind of story I like, and I feel that a lot of challenges are lacking that dark drama lol)

2) is there an existing challenge that sounds like this one? I have searched but may have missed one, and if someone has posted a challenge much like this one I wouldn’t want to post something that’s basically the same.

3) anyone who has written up challenges, any pointers as to what a first-time challenge writer should think abt before posting? I’ve looked at a lot of challenges and tried to think abt what makes the good ones successful etc, but appreciate any advice I get.

This is a lot of questions so I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read & answer even just one of them. Also pls be nice lol I am very new to online sim communities as I said and don’t know a lot of basic info. Thank you so much!
