How to stop townies from carrying inappropriate CC?

I run an adult modded game, and so I've got a collection of adult toy CC for those mods. Thanks to the RNG, it means some townies are hauling some interesting stuff. It;s not rare to see them carrying either one or two double dildos around town. Tonight our nanny showed up with a double dildo in one hand, a riding crop in the other, and a Prince Albert piercing.
I edited that stuff out of his everyday outfit in CAS, but forgot where to find where to edit his working outfit.
How do I put a stop to this kind of thing in the future?
