So, I've got a confusing problem and I'm hoping someone can help. I recently bought a computer and started playing Sims (about 3 month ago). I'm playing in the custom world St. Claire. IN the center of the city there's a big stadium, but I didn't really like it so I took it out. I went into edit world, then edit the lot and just deleted the building. In it's place I build a mall. Then I changed the lot type to big park. Right after that I started getting a lot of lag and freezing. I took out my mods and CC, not that I had much anyway, but no dice. I then installed a couple mods I was told would help, Overwatch and Master Controller, still nothing. I was about to assume my computer isn't as good as I thought when I had my sim visit the mall. When I go inside there are stadium sounds coming every few monutes. Buzzers and cheering and the such. They sort of wash through then stop, then come back a couple minutes later. I'm guessing whatever caused this is making it lag so bad? I really don't want to delete the lot except as a last resort because I spent way too long making it look cool. So has anyone else experienced something like this? Any ideas to try before ripping the entire lot out? Thanks!
