Anyone order from Wiseau's website? Two months, still no package.

Does anyone else have experience buying from www.tommywiseau.com? I read some reviews on the site before even ordering, and all reviews said that they received their items (along with occasional headshots of good ole' Tommy). Ordered two months ago, no package, no shipping confirmation. I sent an email inquiry weeks ago, no response.
Paid through paypal. I have no idea if I should open up a dispute to get my money back or not. Thoughts?
