Hi All could any TM6 owners answer this question for me before I spend lots of money on this device :)
I love making Spanish crockquettas but a massive pain in the bum is doing the stirring of the sauce.
Basically you fry onion and Spanish ham in butter, then add flour and milk in small portions to thicken up for filling . This takes about 45 minutes for me to stir. You need to stir to stop it sticking to the bottom of the pan.
My question is camber TM6 do this steering for me and if so how, as I understand the blades can go in reverse, but surely the blades or not thick enough to stir the sauce . Source ends up like a very thick béchamel sauce.
Thanks for any help
