Well you just listed the actual problem with the breed. "A better chance..." this is a breed that if it breaks bad on you, as a grown man, you can still lose your life. They account for most dog fatalities. If THIS many people can't "raise them right," then there's an underlying issue. People 100% underestimate the power of a pit until it's too late.
It's scary that nothing logically clicked in their brain to say "yo thus Stat can't be right."
