Would a Therapist really be that dumb to violate HIPAA intentionally?

Just curious because I think I caught mine red handed doing so and then lying to me. If so what kind of lawyer can I find to sue her? Since I think she leaked info to my workplace? Iām still kind of in shock that someone may have been stupid enough to do this. Has anyone dealt with this if so what did yall do and how did you handle your therapist? I already reported her to the board and filed a grievance with my insurance.
