Hello all. I've been in therapy off and on for years. I've had mostly bad therapists. In fact almost all of them could be sued for HIPAA violations and malpractice. I currently have a decent one. She's relatively honest and hard working compared to the others. I won't go into the gory details but there is nothing worse for your mental health than a bad therapist. A bad therapist has too much power over an patient to be healthy for the patient or society. In fact a bad mental health professional is more dangerous than any deranged lunatic that society could produce; theynsimply have too much power. Anyway thanks for reading my post and I wish you all good luck in your journey.
